Minor Midget, 2014-2015 (York-Simcoe Express)

Congratulations to the YSE Minor Midget Team on winning the Rochester Early Bird Tournament this past weekend The Minor Midget team had a great start to their season this past weekend in Rochester. The team played in the U-16 Division, which allowed them to be tested by bigger & stronger competition   After a 9-1 win against Hamburg Hawks, the boys ran into a very hot goalie with Rochester Grizzlies.    While directing around 60 shots at the net, YSE only scored one goal and the Grizzlies were able to find a lucky bounce ending the game with a 1-1 tie.  The last game of the round robin was ...
