Thank You for Supporting the 3rd Annual YSE Coat Drive
Submitted By Kelly Jones on Friday, October 16, 2020
Thank you for supporting the 3rd Annual YSE Coat Drive this year and for making it an overwhelming success.  Your efforts have made a difference for so many people.  This year, we collected a whopping 570 Winter items that were distributed across not just Belinda's Place but all 4 shelters and community programs that they run:

  • Women’s coats: 206
  • Men’s coats: 145
  • Kid’s coats: 146
  • Kid’s snowsuits: 38
  • Kid’s snow pants: 12
  • Kid’s vests: 23

On behalf of the York Simcoe Express Executives, Board of Directors and Community Relations Committee, Thank you for your kindness when it has been needed most.  A big Thank You to all the volunteers that helped collect, sort and deliver, as well as, Nikki Simone and Charmaine Boyle who once again were able to organize donations from the Central York Panthers Atom A and AA teams.

Since we can’t be together in person, please enjoy some highlights from the coat drive in the following video
