2019 CHL Rookie of the Year

    Quinton Byfield is an exceptional player that has had two incredible years,two years that by any measure are the dream of every young hockey player.In 2018 he was drafted first overall at the OHL Priority Selection Draft.During his freshman year with the Sudbury Wolves Quinton produced nearly a point-per-game,and matched that pace in the postseason.
    In April of this year Byfield was named OHL Rookie of the Year,and was named to the OHL First All-Rookie Team.May 25th at the CHL Awards Ceremony,Quinton was named CHL Rookie of the Year.He is now projected to be a top selection in the 2020 NHL Draft,which will take place in June of 2020.Congratulations from your YSE family,and continued success !
