YSE is using a new registration and payment platform through SportsHeadz. (Link down below)
*PTS form is mandatory before registering (in zone) OR Waiver (out of zone)
For this year's tryout YSE will be splitting the U10 - U14 tryouts into two skates (coded White and Black). These separate groups are only for the first two tryouts.
Goalies: U10 - U13 Goalies will have a separate first tryout time -
April 20th, 12:30 - 2:00pm (Forhan Arena)
An email will be sent out one day prior to the first tryout with the time and colour for your player. Please look out for this email and note the time/colour. It is extremely busy on the first two days of tryouts so please show up for your time slot.
If your player is invited back for the next tryout, you will receive an email with details and a payment link.
We will not be taking payment at the rink!! Ensure you have properly registered your player, uploaded any documents (*PTS/Waiver), and paid before coming.
YOU MUST HAVE A PTS FORM BEFORE REGISTERING ONLINE!!!
Permission to Skate (PTS) Form
The Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) requires that every player trying out for a AAA team provide the AAA Zone/Centre with a Permission to Skate (PTS) Form from their Home Centre prior to stepping on the ice.
Failure to provide a Permission to Skate (PTS) Form will result in an incomplete try-out registration and the player will not be permitted to skate. A refund will not be issued in this circumstance.
Please contact your home centre with respect to how and where to obtain at PTS Form; each home centre of the YSE AAA Zone does this process differently.
Be sure to review the process of your home centre carefully for DEADLINES to request a PTS Form and if you are required to register the player with your home centre regardless of the player's plan.
A copy of the PTS Form can be uploaded as part the registration as a: jpeg, .jpg, .png, gif, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx. (max file size: 4MB).
*Players skating in a different age group than their birth year, please register under your birth year/division and notify Nicole:

3. Secure Authenticate your Email (will send a code to your email)
4. Select your Tryout (U10, U11 etc.)
5. Create a Participant (Player) profile
6.Fill in the rest of the questions
7. Upload PTS
8. Secure Payment
