Minor Peewee’s battled back in October
The Minor Peewee’s had a busy October, with a combined total
of 10 regular season and tournament games. The boys battled back this month
with an impressive 7-1-2 record. Kicking off the month with a 5-1 home game victory, they went on to Tim Horton’s Hamilton Huskies Thanksgiving tournament finishing 2nd in their
division and 5th overall (3-1-0) . The team returned home for a 4 -4 tie game against Quinte Red
Devils, at the YSE 25-yr anniversary home series. Then, the boys hit the road
to North Central Predators and Oshawa Generals, ending their 10 game stretch with
2 more wins at home against Markham Waxers and Barrie Colts. Heading into
November, the team plans to keep up their momentum as they prepare for home &
away games, and two upcoming tournaments Shanahan International & Silver Stick. GO Express!
