teammates, volunteers, and community champions who make our hockey family so
special. The YSE Banquet is on April 14th, 2026.
A big part of what makes this night so special, is how we recognize those that have gone above and beyond both on and off the ice. The below document outlines the awards that are up for grabs this year. We look forward to seeing all of your submissions!

1. YSE Scholar Award - Criteria for this award included in the document. Due date: Feb 28th
2. YSE Volunteer of the Year Award - Nominate someone for their volunteer efforts. Due date: March 6th
3. YSE Team Player & Leadership Award - Each team is to submit one player to be recognized for this award. Details for each age group are outlined in the document. Due date: March 6th
4. YSE Community Spirit Award - Each year YSE recognizes one team that demonstrates outstanding commitment to giving back to our community. Due date: March 6th
*The deadlines are key in ensuring we have plaques ready for each category so I will send a reminder at the end of January and again mid-February.
